What is your shipping policy?

All shipping within North America is free! We provide worldwide shipping with varying costs depending on the location. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if applicable. All orders come with tracking info, which will be provided in a separate email once the product has been shipped. Please provide a secure shipping address. Cyanic is not responsible if your package goes missing.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless otherwise specified on the product page – such as for a pre-order item - your order will ship in 1-3 business days. Please wait 3 business days for processing plus 8 business days for shipping (within North America) to receive your package. Orders within the Toronto area normally take within 5 business days after purchasing to arrive.


My garment isn't what I expected! How can I return it? 

We get it. Buying clothes online can be tricky sometimes. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, just as much as we are to ship them out to you - so if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, please read our Return & Exchange Policy, or contact us directly and we will get it all sorted out!


Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

We can not guarantee any changes or cancellation to your orders once placed, as we ship shortly after receiving orders. However, if the request is made immediately placing the order we can look into the change. Otherwise, you will have to initiate a return or exchange if you ordered in error. Please double check your size and shipping address before completing your order. If you need assistance choosing your correct size, don't hesitate to email!


What currency are your prices in?

As a Canadian company, all of our orders are in Canadian Dollars. This is an added bonus for our American customers, as the exchange rate benefits those paying in USD. Our Canadian customers also save on customs and other fees! Everyone benefits!


Where are your clothes made?

One of the most important questions! Each Cyanic garment is proudly Canadian made! Our core sweaters, pants and t-shirts are manufactured in Toronto, while we print and hand-stitch each label in Brampton, Ontario. Our hats are 100% manufactured in Vancouver. Most of our organic cotton are sourced from India and USA from eco certified producers and then milled into fabric here in Canada. Whenever possible, we choose local, ethical and eco-friendly materials, and we're always striving to advance our sustainability within manufacturing. We're very thrilled to manufacture locally, as it allows us to directly visit our warehouses and make sure the highest standards are met, not only with manufacturing but also with diversity and inclusivity within the hiring practices of the company. Not to mention supporting fellow small Canadian businesses!


A product I love is out of stock.

Ahh our apologies for that! We normally restock items as soon as the quantities run low, but some products won't get restocked. If you see something you love in your size, we recommend snatching it up before it sells out. Please reach out to us and inquire if/when the product will be restocked and we can keep you updated on when to check back on your product. 


What size should I order?

Definitely a tricky question! Every brand has their own fitting and variations of sizes. We know how difficult it can be to order online, which is why we choose flowing and stretchy fabrics for our garments. Often times more than one size can work for one person, it just depends how you like the fit. For more information on our sizing, please refer to our Size Chart. Still unsure? How do I care for my garment?

We always recommend washing our clothing in cold water with similar fabrics and air dried. Please refer to the product page, where special care details are listed, along with the inner label of the garment. The less you wash your clothing, the longer they will last (and the better it is for our environment!)


Do you offer price adjustments on items that go on promotion?

Unfortunately we do not. We seldom offer discounts on our garments. In the rare case that we do, we ask that you re-order to take advantage of the discount, and simply return the original order (as long as it is in compliance with our return policy - 7 days within receipt of the order).


If I'm in the Toronto area, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer pick ups as we ship from a centralized location. We do offer free shipping over on all North American orders though, and your package will arrive in 5 business days.


Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment, but we will keep you updated when we do!
